Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request an address correction, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email support@alderwickcoins.com. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will review the available carrier information and assist with the appropriate next steps.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, contact us promptly and include your order number, clear photographs of the item, and photographs of the shipping packaging. Eligible resolutions will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
